Despite the Homecoming Football Game being played at Plainview High School, the Jericho fans still attended and brought their spirit to the bleachers. Jericho High School senior and our football team’s tight end Gavin S. emphasized the value of our students’ spirit and how it positively impacts their playing. He said, “It is amazing to see ‘The Nest’ come out and cheer for us when we play. It is more fun and exhilarating to see and hear the love from our friends.” Even though the football team lost, Jericho students remained encouraging throughout the game.
