For Jericho residents Mike and Lynn Barsky, the arrival of spring means warmer walks. “In the colder winter, he doesn’t get walked too much,” said Mike Barsky. “He’s okay when it’s really cold but it’s a little bit hard when it’s snowing, especially if the snow is tall because he’s little and kind of gets locked in it,” said Lynn Barsky.
