Avoid the Freshman 15

Going away to college can lead to many changes, especially to incoming freshmen’s waistlines. Gaining the infamous “Freshman fifteen” is often one of students’ biggest concerns. Gaining 15 pounds your freshman year of college is definitely a scary thought, but on the bright side, it’s possible to avoid this detrimental weight gain.
